You must be at least 13 years old to use Kaizen.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account.

You own everything you put into Kaizen — voice notes, journal entries, tasks, habits, and project chats. We do not claim any rights to your content. We use it only to provide the app’s features to you (for example, sending audio to OpenAI to produce a transcript). For the full picture of how data is handled, see our privacy policy.

Don’t use Kaizen to break the law, harass anyone, infringe someone’s rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

We try to keep Kaizen running smoothly. We can’t promise zero downtime, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Kaizen is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that it will always be error-free or available, or that it will meet every expectation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kaizen and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top of the page and let you know in-app where appropriate.
